Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TempieMail ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

TempieMail provides temporary email addresses that allow users to receive emails without exposing their real email address. Temporary email addresses expire after 24 hours, and all associated data is permanently deleted.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:

• Spam, phishing, or fraud
• Harassment, abuse, or threats
• Violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to disrupt or compromise the Service
• Using the Service to send emails (the Service is receive-only)
• Circumventing email verification systems in a manner that violates terms of other services

Service Limitations

The Service has the following limitations:

• Temporary email addresses expire after 24 hours
• Emails and attachments are deleted after 24 hours
• Maximum attachment size is 10MB per email
• The Service is receive-only; you cannot send emails
• We reserve the right to limit or suspend service for abuse

No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Delivery of all emails
• Security of data (though we implement security measures)
• Availability at all times

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TempieMail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Data Deletion

All data associated with temporary email addresses, including emails and attachments, is automatically deleted after 24 hours. This process is irreversible. We are not responsible for any data loss that occurs as a result of this automatic deletion.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data practices.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
