1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TempieMail (“the Service”), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TempieMail provides temporary, receive-only email addresses that allow users to receive emails without exposing their real email address. Temporary email addresses expire after 24 hours, and all associated data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud, phishing, scams, or any form of deception
• Identity theft or impersonation
• Harassment, abuse, stalking, or threats
• Creating fake accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions on other platforms
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any financial crime
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Violating the terms of service of any other platform or service
• Sending unsolicited communications (the Service is receive-only)
• Attempting to disrupt, compromise, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your temporary email session. You acknowledge that TempieMail has no control over the content of emails received at temporary addresses and is not responsible for any content sent to your temporary email by third parties.

5. Service Limitations

The Service has the following limitations:

• Temporary email addresses expire after 24 hours
• All emails and attachments are permanently deleted after 24 hours
• Maximum attachment size is 10MB per email
• The Service is receive-only; you cannot send emails
• We do not guarantee delivery of all emails
• We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or block service for any reason

6. Law Enforcement and Legal Compliance

TempieMail will cooperate with law enforcement agencies and comply with valid legal requests, including subpoenas, court orders, and other legal processes. Due to our automatic 24-hour data deletion policy, we may not have data available to produce in response to such requests. We are not obligated to notify users of legal requests unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The TempieMail name, logo, website design, and all associated content are the intellectual property of TempieMail. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.

8. No Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• All emails sent to temporary addresses will be delivered
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Data will be secure against unauthorized access, although we implement reasonable security measures

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TempieMail and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any content received through the Service
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through the Service

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is zero for free users).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TempieMail, its operators, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of the rights of any third party
• Any content received through your use of the Service

11. Data Deletion

All data associated with temporary email addresses, including emails and attachments, is automatically and permanently deleted after 24 hours. This process is irreversible. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from this automatic deletion. It is your responsibility to save any important information before the 24-hour expiration period ends.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all data associated with your session will be immediately deleted.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by contacting us. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
